Edom is a stunning villa in La Cañada, a peaceful suburb on the outskirts of Valencia. The property sits on 2,000 m² of private land with a 500 m² main villa, offering the perfect balance between expansive communal spaces and individual privacy.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor coworking spaces, a meeting room, chillout areas, and a cinematic projector for movie nights. Outside, the garden unfolds with a swimming pool, BBQ area, vegetable patch, rooftop terrace, and free on-street parking.

Hey there — I'm Phillip
My name is Phillip Thompson (or Felipe, as my Spanish friends and family call me). I was born in London and have now been living in Valencia for 20 years. My mother is from here, so I have been lucky enough to become extremely integrated into Spanish society and culture thanks to family, friends, and my natural curiosity.
I have a passion for music, hiking, my cutie of a dog — Nana (yes, she will be available for cuddles and strokes at the coliving!), having meaningful conversations with people, and creating unique events and experiences.
That is why, apart from starting Edom Coliving, I recently bought the beloved and well-known "La Vitti" underground jazz bar (which you will have VIP access to!), since between Edom and La Vitti, we get to do some really cool stuff. I have also opened "Edom Co-Working" — a dedicated coworking space in Valencia city — and the restaurant "La Inocente", so there is always somewhere familiar to work, eat, and connect.

La Cañada — peaceful, connected, and everything you need
La Cañada is a very peaceful suburb on the outskirts of Valencia, just a 20 minute drive from the city center. It has everything you may need: restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bakery, hairdressers, and a metro station.
Our favorite thing about living here is the peace and quiet. It's only when you leave the hustle and bustle of the city you realize how nice it is to sleep with almost complete silence or to wake up to bird songs.
Literally just down the road we have the nearest and largest forest area to the city of Valencia called La Vallesa. Ideal for jogging, going for a walk, or even having a swim in the river Turia.
