1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Edom Coliving website and the booking of accommodation and participation in our activities. By using our website or booking a room, you accept these terms in full.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are confirmed directly with Edom Coliving. A booking becomes binding once you have received written confirmation from us. Payment terms are specified at the time of booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded at the end of your stay subject to the condition of the room.
3. Minimum Stay and Occupancy
The minimum stay at Edom Coliving is one (1) month. Rooms are let for single occupancy unless a couple arrangement has been agreed in writing in advance. Subletting or transferring your booking to a third party is not permitted without our prior written consent.
4. Community House Rules
Edom Coliving is a community built on mutual respect, quiet, and cooperation. All guests are expected to respect the house rules, keep shared spaces clean, contribute to a positive and safe environment, and follow quiet hours. The host reserves the right to terminate a stay for serious or repeated breaches of the house rules.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation of your stay must be made in writing to edomcoliving@gmail.com. Detailed cancellation terms are specified in your individual rental agreement. Cancellations within a defined notice period may incur a charge as set out in that agreement.
6. Liability
Edom Coliving is not responsible for loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings. All guests are encouraged to obtain their own home or travel insurance for the duration of their stay. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your stay.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish and EU law. Any disputes shall, in the first instance, be resolved amicably. Failing that, the courts of Valencia, Spain shall have jurisdiction.
